Senators seek federal money for Marcy nanotech center
Sens. Charles Schumer and Kirsten Gillibrand said Thursday that SUNY Poly along with SEMATECH, Edwards Vacuum and INFICO have applied for a $1.25 million grant to establish an Advanced Manufacturing Performance Center at SUNY Poly's Computer Chip Commercialization Center, or Quad C. The lawmakers say the facility would support expansion of the Quad C.
