Your new Success Coach

Hello everyone!

Some of you may have noticed, that you have a new Success Coach today!

Let me explain why…


Thanks to your feedback, we’ve been focusing on improving the Success Coach program in order to provide the best service possible to every empowr citizen. 


First, we introduced a new way for coaches to accelerate cash outs, called “Coaching Accelerated Matured Cash Outs” -- or CAMCO -- as a way to reward those who have stepped up and commit to helping others learn and be successful, as a Success Coach.

In just a few months, we’ve already increased the size of the Success Coach team by 600% - and we’re adding new Success Coaches daily.


Then, we further rewarded Success Coaches by increasing the compensation they receive based on how well they are serving their students.

As a reminder, Success Coaches only earn when their students earn. And they can earn additional bonuses based on the 1) quality and 2) speed of their responses to their students, as well as how 3) successful and 4) happy their students are.



One of the hurdles that Success Coaches have faced is that they had too many students to support each day. 

Success Coaches are responsible for answering your questions and helping you succeed, of course. But they’re also responsible for moderating your marketplace listings, approving your ads and moderating your disputes, along with many other duties behind the scenes to help the empowr economy succeed.


In order to tackle the challenge of too many students per coach, we’ve lowered the number of students that any one Success Coach has by distributing empowr citizens to the Success Coach that are geographically closest to them.


Why location?

By having a Success Coach that lives closer to you, they can help you faster because you may be in the same time zone. They are also more likely to understand some of the issues that other citizens are facing near you, information that may be useful for you. 

Also, in the future you might meet them in person and build a deeper relationship.

Don’t worry – you can re-choose that coach if you’d like by visiting the Success Coach leaderboard.


Many more improvements to the Success Coach program are coming. 

Along with better tools, desgined to help success coaches become more efficient, compensation and CAMCO cash outs will continue to grow for success coaches, as we push to make coaching one of the most important and best compensated roles in empowr. 

This aligns with our belief that in every economy, the educators are most responsible for the productivity level of the future generation, so the opportunity available to them should meet or exceed that of every other role, to ensure we can attract and retain the very best.

Brian thank you to you and all your support staff. And how you continue to improve Empowr make it more open and transparent. Thanks for the info, but I don't want another coach. We must again work together. I have changed many coaches, I do not need to change, even if he lives over 9000 miles away from me, but it suits me.

Hey Brian, Great info. Thanks! We will be looking into becoming a success coach in the very near future. We still have a bit to learn ourselves before making that important leap right now. We sometimes feel like a success coach because we love helping newbies on here and getting them to believe in Empowrs Mission. We love our SC and we are happy to see it hasn't changed.
We do have a question for you or anyone on here that may be able to help. Is it normal?? We requested our AMCO on Jan 7th and here it is Jan 21st and we have not gotten it in our Paypal yet. The reason we ask if this is normal is because last months AMCO was paid to our Paypal in less than a week. I wonder if maybe the problem is on our end or Paypal's end or a glitch in Empowrs end where maybe somehow our request got lost in the system.

Lana Ferra я выбрала тренером с самого начала участия в empowr, т.к. на тот момент из Русскоязычных ни кого больше не было , а английский я понимаю только с переводчиком. 
За все это время у нас с Lana Ferra сложилось хорошее взаимопонимание и плодотворное сотрудничество в познании всех тонкостей empowr. 
Благодаря Lana Ferra я полюбила empowr и это послужило мотивацией, что бы сдать тесты, с целью продолжить обучение и стать хорошим тренером как Lana Ferra и так же плодотворно помогать новым участникам стать счастливыми с empowr, поверить и выполнять миссию Empowr

thank you for a new information, but in the last post i ask a question of empowr new payment method and you tell me empowr is working on Money gram in new payment method, so i recommend payoneer for Pakistan and other countries where Paypal do not support because Money gram is available in Pakistan but it is not easily accessible while Payoneer i think is more for every one and it is available in all over the world. and i ask many people for new payment method of EMPOWR,93% people recommend a Payoneer for a new payment method so i will request you to please Payoneer is the best way to cashout in all over the world.

Sasha, it is not PayPal that is the problem but having to use the app to receive the key that many cannot use! Please accommodate us with another method to receive the key such as us providing a secure email such as hush mail, proton mail, etc to receive the key!

Brian thanks for the update. I have some suggestions:
- some method needs to be put in place before an automatic coach switch. For example if a user has (pick a number - three or more disputes ) - then there should be a lock to that coach. Problems never gets solved if we are tossed about with so many outstanding issues left in the bank.
- I understand the time zone argument, but more often than not , you just like a coach and don't want to lose them. Period.
- You can easily become unhappy with a new coach - then their ratings (even with a claim of them not seeing it, ) will decrease and therefore their earnings from my input.

I have so many disputes that I have not seen my money put back that I do not want to dig them all up again and make some discussion with a new coach. ( I even had one coach tell me that my power level was so much higher than his that I should choose a new coach)

Problems need to be held for answers by one coach - even tho the answers are most times generic - at least we can argue that they need to be escalated - hopefully.

Hi Michael, thank you for voicing your opinion! If you do get shuffled around to a new coach you do not want, you can absolutely switch back to your old coach. We appreciate your suggestions and we are constantly working on updating things and will add this to the list for possible updates.

You are such a asshole. You were my coach. I have lost million dollars in empowr. I asked you the reason but no replies from your end. And here you are advising ppl. Don't deceive ppl being a coach. Be honest not be asshole.
