Forbes Releases 2017 30 UNDER 30 List
Sixth Annual List Highlights 600 Young Disruptors, Innovators and Entrepreneurs Who Are Changing Our World...
Featuring 600 young innovators,
entrepreneurs and leaders who are challenging the conventional wisdom and rewriting the rules for the next generation.
"Over six years, the Forbes 30 Under 30
list has emerged as the way that the world discovers the next generation of entrepreneurs and game-changers.
These are the people
that will run every field for the next 50 years,”
says Randall Lane, Editor of Forbes Magazine.
This year, one in every six of 30 under 30 list members are immigrants, originating from 44 different countries
and exemplifying the success of immigrants as well as the thriving
American dream...
36% of these list members live and work on the East Coast and 39% on the West Coast.
All under 30 years old,
the honorees were vetted by a panel of judges in their respective fields.
Over 15,000 online submissions were received and only 600 made the cut, making it a 4% acceptance rate.
Forbes collaborated with expert judges
in each category,

Forbes 30 Under 30 is a set of lists issued annually by Forbes magazine and some of its regional editions.
